Personality choices, not lore trivia

What this Hunger Games District Quiz measures

This Hunger Games District Quiz asks how you respond when resources, time, trust, or safety are under pressure. It does not ask for a favorite character, favorite weapon, or favorite District. Those questions often reveal which answer a fan wants, not how that person tends to solve a problem. Here, each situation forces a practical tradeoff: plan or improvise, repair or analyze, lead directly or build agreement, move quickly or endure.

Twelve distinct situations

The questions move through emergency decisions, scarce supplies, navigation, group conflict, political risk, observation, competition, long projects, failure, and expedition roles. Each scene tests a different kind of judgment, so you are not choosing the same four personality labels twelve times.

One match and one near-match

The result names one primary Panem District and one Closest District. We do not show a fake certainty percentage or a long Top 3. The near-match is there to make a close result understandable while keeping the final identity clear enough to share and use in the simulator.

A result that changes the game

Your choices also create Strength, Speed, Intelligence, and Survival values. Select Enter the Arena after the result and the simulator starts a District Challenge with those exact final stats. You are not sent to a generic character builder or asked to enter the same information again.

Transparent methodology

How the Hunger Games District Quiz works

Every answer adds weight to two of eight behavior dimensions: Strategy, Technical thinking, Practical problem-solving, Physical action, Adaptability, Endurance, Social coordination, and Discipline. The stronger dimension receives two points and the supporting dimension receives one. No single answer directly says “District 3” or “District 12,” so a technology-themed option is not a secret District 3 button.

After question twelve, the model normalizes the eight scores so dimensions that appear more often in the answer bank do not gain an automatic advantage. It then compares your pattern with thirteen original District profiles and returns the closest match plus one runner-up. The same complete answer set always produces the same order. There is no random District roll, AI classifier, account history, or hidden favorite-character question.

The Hunger Games District Quiz then converts the normalized answers into four gameplay values. Strength draws most from physical and practical choices; Speed emphasizes adaptability; Intelligence emphasizes strategy and technical thinking; Survival combines endurance, practical judgment, adaptability, and discipline. Your District bonus is applied exactly once, and the displayed final numbers are the numbers your tribute uses in the Arena.

Social coordination helps determine the District match, but it does not become a hidden combat bonus because the current simulator has no Social attribute. That boundary keeps the result explainable: the identity model can recognize coalition-building without pretending that every personality signal has a direct battle statistic.

From identity to simulation

What happens after your District result

The result screen explains why the model chose your primary District, shows the Closest District, and displays the final Arena Profile. You can copy a result link or share through your device and supported social networks; saving the portrait result image remains optional. A friend who opens the link sees your District context, starts directly on Question 1, and can compare after finishing. The link never contains the twelve answers or an optional tribute name.

If you want to play, add a tribute name or leave the field blank to use “You.” The name stays in the current browser tab. The standard challenge keeps two neutral tributes for every District from 1 through 12, replaces one slot in your matched District, and begins Day 1 immediately with your quiz-derived values.

Districts 1–12: standard challenge

A regular result enters a balanced 24-tribute roster. Your tribute replaces the first neutral slot in the matched District, preserves the displayed Arena Profile, and receives no duplicate District bonus during simulator setup.

District 13: wildcard challenge

District 13 sits outside the standard Reaping. A District 13 result therefore adds your tribute as entrant 25 to the normal 24-person field and labels the run as a fan-made alternate scenario. The page does not rewrite that exception as canon.

Hunger Games District Quiz FAQ

Is this an official Hunger Games District Quiz?

No. This is an original fan-made quiz. District industries use franchise context, while the personality matching, scoring model and Arena Profile are our own interpretation.

Can the quiz match me with District 13?

Yes. Districts 1 through 13 are possible results, but the Capitol is not. A District 13 result is clearly labeled as a fan-made wildcard scenario because District 13 sits outside the standard Reaping.

Do my answers change the simulator?

Yes. The same answers create Strength, Speed, Intelligence and Survival values. When you enter the Arena, those exact final values and your matched District are carried into your tribute.

Can I retake the District Quiz?

Yes. Retaking clears the current quiz result in this browser tab. The same complete answers always produce the same District and Arena Profile.

Are my quiz answers or tribute name saved?

They stay only in your current browser tab so refresh and the Arena handoff can recover. Raw answers, the full behavior vector and your optional tribute name are excluded from analytics.
