Hunger Games Simulator is an unofficial browser-based fan simulator operated from Shanghai, China. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by Suzanne Collins, Scholastic, Lionsgate, or any official franchise owner.
Free and paid features
The free simulator does not require login. Creator Pass is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks features on this website, currently including HD no-watermark GIF exports, ad removal, Pro Event Controls, and Epic Story Mode. It does not include future standalone products, official franchise content, third-party paid packs, or subscription services.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Creem. Prices may include or calculate taxes at checkout depending on Creem settings and your location. Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or abuse may revoke Creator Pass access.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not upload or create illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, privacy-violating, infringing, or harmful content. Do not attack, scrape, overload, or bypass the service.
Your content
You are responsible for names, images, and event text you enter. Only use images and content you own or have permission to use. Most custom content is processed locally in your browser and is not stored by us.
Ads and third parties
The free service may show Adsterra ads and may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, offers, or policies.
No guarantees
The simulator is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific game outcomes, permanent availability of any feature, or compatibility with every browser/device.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless a mandatory consumer protection law says otherwise, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Shanghai, China.

We may update these terms and the service. Material changes will be reflected by the last-updated date on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
